Your questions
Ask anything in the form, or write to admissions@lft.ca: our Admissions team replies in English or French.
Does my child need to speak French?
Not in Kindergarten: no French is required in Pre-K, JK and SK. From Grade 1 onwards, proficiency in French is required for admission.
How can we support our child with their homework, and could this be a disadvantage for them?
This is not a concern. Our teachers remain fully available to support each student directly. Children are encouraged and welcome to ask questions whenever needed, so a lack of French spoken at home does not place them at a disadvantage.
We are moving to Toronto. Can our child join mid-year?
Yes, mid-year applications are accepted within the limit of available places. Students coming from a French-accredited school are admitted on their most recent report cards, without an admission test.
What are the tuition fees?
You can find a detailed breakdown of tuition fees by grade here.
